It has been an interesting & eventful journey.
A journey that took off when Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra was established in 1957, fifty six years ago.

Indian Classical Music has long been the mainstay of the rich cultural heritage of this part of the country. Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra has achieved heritage status in the field of classical music and dance by organizing Musical Conferences every year for over five decades since 1957. Every year a large number of artists of national and international repute participate in this Conference.

We are pleased to inform you that Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra will host its 57th Annual Music Conference from last weak of January 2013 in presence of around 3000 audience and dignitaries. Leading names of Indian Classical Music are expected to participate this year also. This mega event will be given proper media coverage and will be adequately hyped through print/radio/television and outdoor medium to ensure footfall.

An event of this magnitude and nature can not be successfully and effectively organized without your support and assistance. It is very good idea to be present along with this classical Music event and connect with the thought leaders of different fields.
