M. Mus (Kathak), Gold Medalist & Nritya Praveen from Prayag Sangeet Samity, Allahabad. Awards : ‘Shiromoni’ by Asian Paints.
‘Singarmani’ by Sur Singar Sansad, Mumbai Eminent Dancer of the year 2004 by Govt. of W. B. and many more from different parts of India. Training & Experience : She has extensive Knowledge of the two important Gharanas of Kathak : The Jaipur Gharana and the Lucknow Gharana. Training in Jaipur Gharana by Late Pandit Ramgopal Mishra for more than 14 years. In Lucknow Gharana and the old Traditional Temple Art of storytelling style of Ayodhya under late Pandit Om Prakash Maharaj. A ‘Top’ grade performer of Doordarshan and a dedicated teachers of ‘KATHAK’ which is the mission of her life. Inaugural Dancer of the Millennium Celebration of Khajuraho and star performer in various dance festivals in India and abroad e.g. Edinborough Festival, Womad Festivals in U.K; Festival of India in USSK, Festival ASIA of Barcelona in Spain, Festival Cite deh musique at Paris and many more.
She was selected for Senior Fellowship in the field of KATHAK in 1997 by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, for her research work on old Kathavachan Shaily and its modification.



Nandini Ghosal is an exponent on Odissi Dance. She had her extensive training from famous Dancer Guru Kelucharan Mahapatra. She is an ‘A’ graded dancer for Doordarshan and is empanelled with ICCP. In different period of time. She made significant performances in various conferences all over India and 13 performances abroad. She made performances in number of Dance Dramas directed by her Guru Kelucharan Mahapatra. She has also produced and choreographed many Dance Dramas. For Doordarshan she had choreographed and performed in many dance programmes.
Apart from her performances, she has bagged many Awards and Honours. Nandini won the first place in Odissi Dance competition organized by W. B. Rajya Sangeet Academy.

Best Dancer at the Dance Festival of Dover Lane Music conference. Jadu Bhatta Puruskar organized by Salt lake Cultural Association. Apart from the above, she is an Anchor in Television, she has established her as an actress in various films and television films and serials. She was a member of the World Arts Corneal, an UNESCO sponsord organization.



Shambo Das is a talented Bharat natyam dancer of the new generation. Having learnt this very dance form form the living legend of Bharatanatyam Guru Dr. SmtThankamani Kutty. Shambo is not only a performer but a choreographer and a teacher also, spreading the classical tradition with the touch of his guru's creativity. Shambo is also a permanent teacher and performer of the renowned institution of Bharatanatyam kolkata Kalamandalam.
As a member of Kolkata Kalamandalam performing wing he performed at different prestigious platforms of all over India and aboard. He also made performances in many dance dramas directed by guru Smt Thankamani Kutty. He also attended many workshop of renowned Bharatanatyam exponent like Padmavibhusan C.V. Chandrasekhar, Padmasri Leela Samson , Pt Narendra etc to enrich his dancing style.
Shambo received many awards like Rajya sangeet academy talent hunt award, 54th Dover lane music conference talent search contest award etc. He is a empanelled artist of Doordarshan kolkata and ICCR. He also participated in many dance programme of Doordarshan Kolkata and Delhi



Pandit Dinanath is well known amongst the present Tabla playersin India. He was born in a traditional musician family of Banaras. He started his earth training of Tabla in his earth childhood under the guidance of his father Late Pandit Sechan Maharaj. Later on he was ground under the guidance of the great Tabla Maestro Pandit Savoda Sahai of Benaras gharana. Through his able guidance and with his blessings Dinanath Mishra gradually bloodomed as an exponent of the Banaras Gharana. Pandit Dinanath travelled Japan, China, Europe Bangladesh etc. Along with the solo Tabla recitals he has got the special sence that makes him an effective and under standing accompanist of Kathak Dance Today.



Academic Qualification : B. Music from Rabindra Bharati University Other Relevant Qualification : Sangeet Visharad from Prachin Kala Kendra, Chandigarh. Grade ‘A’ Artiste in Ragpradhan & Nazrulgeeti at AIR and Doordarshan since 1977 Training : Trained under Sri Sukumar Mitra, Sri Prabir Mazumder, Smt Bharati Kar Choudhury, Smt. Dipali Nag, Sri Rabin Chatterjee and her father Sri Rabindra Nath Banerjee Experience : 40 years experience in Singing and Teaching.



Music Qualification : Sangeet Prabhakar from Prayag Sangeet Samity, Allahabad. Sangeet Visharad from Prachin Kala Kendra, Chandiharh Sangeet Sudhakar from Surer Maya Sangeet Samaj, W.B. Table player at AIR Kolkata and Doordarshan Training : Training under his father Late Sri Nemai Chatterjee (A disciple of ‘Natu Babu’) and also under Natu Babu. His mother late Smt. Srilata Chatterjee was a renowned Sitar player. Hails from a musical family. Member : Calcutta Live Musicians’ Association and Calcutta Staze performing Musicians Association. Experience : Vastly experienced in teaching of Tabla at various Musical Schools. Accompanied eminent Classical Music Artistes and also light Classical Music artistes.



Academic Qualification : B. A. (Hons.) in Music from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata with first class. Other Relevant Qualification : Sangeet Bisharad (Vocal) of Lucknow Gharana. Training : Tranied by Late Chinmoy Lahiri and his two extra ordinary students Late Gobindolal Banerjee and Late Jyotirmoy Chakraborty. Achievements : AIR Artiste B (high) grade in Adhunik and Geet. Took part in Doordarshan programmes. Took part in programmes organized by various prestigious music forums.

Training : Trained for 7 years in Hindustani Instrumental Music (Sitar) under Sitar Maestro Late Gokul Nag (Father of Pandit Manilal Nag). Trained by Sri Sukumar Sarkar (Guiter)
Achievements : Performs in many music’s conferences throughout India (e.g. Varanasi, Kolkata, Iskcon Nabadwip etc.)



Qualifications : Diploma in Vocal (Classical) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. Diploma in Nazrul Sangeet from Allahabad and Chandigarh. Training : Training under Sri Pranab Mukherjee in Hindustani Classical Vocal Music. Bengali, Rag Pradhan , Bhajan and Nazrul Sangeet for 5 years. 3 years training in Classical Music from Sri Sujit Chakraborty and 4 years from Smt. Bakul Chatterjee. Also received training from Smt. Ranjana Chakraborty. Achievements : Awarded 2nd Prize in Bhajan at the competition arranged by INFAC (Kolkata). Awaarded 2nd Prize in Nazrulgeeti in the competition arranged by Nikhil Banga Sangeet Parishad.



Music Info : Tinku Chattopadhyay has started learning ‘Sitar’ from her childhood, when she was ten years only. She always encouraged by her parents. She took preliminary & basic learning ‘Sitar’ from famous Sitarist Pt. Santosh Banerjee in established music Institution namely ‘Uttarpara Sangeet Chakra, at Uttarpara. She has got ‘Sangeet Visharad’ diploma (1st class) from Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapith, Lucknow. There after she was able to take advanced guidance from famous Music Maestro Pt. Gokul Ch. Nag,’ Maestro of all Instruments’ of ‘Bishnupur Gharana’. After his death, she has continued with that ‘Gharana’ from famous ‘Music Maestro’ Pt. Monilal Nag (son of Pt. Gokul Ch. Nag). Tinku has played sitar in many cultural music programs & in AIR, Kolkata for many years. At present she is a senior ‘B-high’ grade sitarist of AIR, Kolkata & teaching sitar in renowned institution ‘Uttarpara Sangeet Bhavan (Chakra)’.

Neha Banerjee started learning Hindustani Classical music form Birendra Nath Ganguly, the famous disciple of Sangeet Acharya Tarapada Chakraborty at the tender age of seven. After a short while she had gone through extensive Hindustani Vocal Music Training for 15 years from Ranjana Chakraborty, a famous disciple of Sangeeta Acharya Chinmoy Lahiri.
Training Sangeet Bhusan from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh. Sangeet Visharad from Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapith, Lucknow. Performed vocal classical song in so many musical programmes. Participated in ‘Monsoon carnival of Classical Music & Dance’. Sangeet Mela, organized by Govt. of West Bengal, Cultural department. Took part in musical competitions. She was awarded with 1st prize in Hindustani classical vocal musical competitions from Indian National Forum of Art and Culture, Kolkata in 1913.

Training Experience : Under Sri Shibdas Bhattarcharya (Benaras Gharana), Pandit Biswanath Bose (father of Pdt. Kumar Bose) and also under Pdt. Kumar Bose more than 30 years playing of Table. Achievements : Performed at the Doordarshan, Kolkata. Accompanies many famous Light and pure classical Hindustani musical artistes. Taught at Various Musical institutions.



Training : Under his elder brother Sri Saroj Modak, senior most disciple of Table Maestro late Hirendra Kumar Ganguly (Hiru Babu). Also under Sri Tapas Ganguly, son of Late Hiru Babu. Achievements & other Relevant Qualifications : B. Mus from Bangiya Sangeet Parishad. B. Mus from Prayag Sangeet Samity, Allahabad. Performed as Solo-performer and accompanist in many musical conferences in India.



Training : Training under Sri Panchanan Bhattacharya, Late Biswanath Bose (Father of Pandit Kumar Bose), Pandit Asutosh Bhattacharya of Varanasi, Sri Lokman Misra, Delhi and Pandit Govinda Bose. Achievements : Accompanied in Table with Sri Satish Kumar (Sitar), Late Shambhu Maharaj (Dance), Late Chand Khan (Vocal), Sri Bimal Bhusan (Vocal)
